How do I add a new team?
Go to Settings → Team and click "Add team". Fill in the required fields and save.
How are states updated?
States are pulled from connected monitoring integrations every 60 seconds automatically.
How do I change notification priority?
Priority is determined by the check configuration on the integration side. Contact your integration administrator.
